1. Right now, everything is free

Every guide, prompt, skill file and article on itsjackgpt.com is free, and so are the email list and the 30-day challenge waitlist. We don't take payments on this site yet, so there is nothing to refund. If anyone asks you to pay for jack gpt content somewhere other than an official checkout linked from this site, it isn't us. Please tell us at hello.itsjackgpt@gmail.com.

2. When paid products launch

This policy will apply to anything we sell, such as the 30-day challenge, together with the product's own terms shown at checkout. Before you pay, the checkout page will set out the price, what's included, how and when you'll get access, and any refund window specific to that product.

3. Your consumer guarantee rights

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Digital products and services must be supplied with due care and skill, be fit for any purpose we've told you about, match their description, and be delivered within a reasonable time.

  • If there is a major failure, you can choose to cancel and get a refund, or, where relevant, get compensation for the drop in value.
  • If the failure is not major, we'll fix it within a reasonable time. If we don't, you can get a refund or have it fixed elsewhere at our cost.
  • You may also be entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by the failure.

If you're in New Zealand, you have similar rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Nothing in this policy limits these rights.

4. Change of mind

Because digital products give you access to content straight away, we don't offer refunds just because you changed your mind, unless the product page says otherwise. Any change-of-mind refund window (for example, a money-back guarantee) will be clearly stated on the product page and at checkout. This does not affect your consumer guarantee rights in section 3.

5. How to ask for a refund

  1. Email hello.itsjackgpt@gmail.com with the subject "Refund".
  2. Include your name, the email address you used to buy, the product, and what went wrong.
  3. We'll acknowledge your request within 2 business days and give you a decision within 10 business days. If we need more information, we'll ask.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Once a refund is made, your access to that product may end.

6. Programs that change or are cancelled

If we cancel a paid program before it starts, or can't deliver it as described, you'll get a full refund, or the option to move to a later round if you'd prefer. If we need to make a material change to a program after you've paid, we'll tell you, and if the change is a major failure you can choose a refund under section 3.

7. Misuse and chargebacks

We may refuse a change-of-mind refund (but never a refund you're entitled to by law) if a product has been substantially downloaded or completed, shared with others, or bought to misuse it. Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. Most issues can be sorted out quickly, and a chargeback can take weeks.

8. Complaints

If you're not happy with how we've handled a refund, email us and we'll review it. You can also contact your state or territory consumer protection agency, such as NSW Fair Trading (fairtrading.nsw.gov.au), or in New Zealand, Consumer Protection (consumerprotection.govt.nz).
